Extremely thin layers of resin that cannot be made into a film by themselves can be layered by coextrusion. In this manner, a number of functions can be combined in a single film such as heat resistance, heat sealing capabilities, rigidity, flexibility, cold resistance, and easy-peel capabilities.
We are able to create co-extruded films by using our unique co-extrusion technology to merge multiple resins together in a die.
★Product Description★
Coextruded multi-layer film is produced by a compound molding technique that simultaneously extrudes thermoplastic resin with multiple extruders and passes that through a single die to build up layers of melted resin both on the inside and outside of a film. A film can be produced on a blown film or cast film extrusion line. It can be made with one layer or multiple layers of material. When a film is made with one layer of material, it is called a mono-layer film. When it is made with multiple layers of material, it is called co-extruded film.HC blown film extrusion and has lines with up to 11 layers of film
HC blown extrusion film have 2 structures, symmetrical and asymmetrical structure.
Symmetrical structure: PE/PE/PE/TIE/PA/PA/PA/TIE/PE/PE/PE
Asymmetrical structure:PA/TIE/PE/PE/TIE/PA/PA/PA/TIE/PE/PE.
And HC can also provide EVOH film, with symmetrical and asymmetrical structure.
