Double side nylon film is a multi-layer composite special film. It has high strength and high elongation, and can directly contact resin. It is mainly used for normal temperature molding, vacuum injection and pre-compaction of composite materials.
★Product Description★
Vacuum bagging is widely used in the composites industry, in vacuum infusion process, vacuum bagging pressure process and autoclave process. It is a technique in which you create uniform pressure to the surfaces of the obiect inside of a bag, holding parts together while the adhesive cures. Pressurizing a composite lamination serves several
functions. It removes any trapped air between layers and provides pressure that prevents shifting of fiber orientation during cure. It also reduces humidity and improves the fiber-to-resin ratio in the composite part.

★Product storage★
The double side nylon film shall be stored in a dry and dark place to avoid exposure to sunlight. Storage conditions: humidity 65 ± 20% RH, temperature 5-30 ℃. The place where the vacuum bag film is placed shall be smooth, and sharp objects shall be removed to avoid puncturing the film. Handle with care. When using the product, pay attention to the protection of the bag film surface. Do not place or touch sharp objects to avoid piercing the film. The storage life shall not exceed 2 years.
