We are located in Suzhou city, Anhui province, China, to supply multi-layer co-extrusion high barrier composite films worldwide. We use PA, PE, EVOH, etc., in our multi-layers co-extruded films for the maximum protection and safety of content inside the plastic films. Recently, we have included PA/PE 7-layer and 9-layer co-extrusion composite films in our production. It also consists of 5 machines of the automatic high-speed bag-making process in our production line. Likewise, we have imported a couple of 5-layer co-extrusion blown film units from Germany. Similarly, a couple of 7-layer and 9-layer co-extrusion blown film machines were imported from Canada. Besides, we have a 9-layer co-extrusion blown film machine, which we imported from Italy. In addition, we have included an 11-layer co-extrusion blown film machine in our production, which we imported from Germany in 2017. Since we have included this latest machine, we are way ahead in Asia's plastic film production industry.
As a bulk producer of quality plastic films, our annual production of vacuum bags and composite films is over 10,000 tons. Moreover, we follow every mandatory standard of manufacturing plastic films for safe and secure results via the SGS test. To illustrate, we received ROHS certification, ISO9001 certification in 2006, and QS certification in 2009. Our massive range of packaging films is compatible with many products in terms of perishable and non-perishable goods.
