Antistatic agents are mainly surface active agents. Their molecules contain polar hydrophilic groups and non-polar lipophilic groups. The lipophilic groups have a certain compatibility with blown film nylon. The hydrophilic groups can ionize or absorb water in the air to form a conductive layer, which can neutralize positive and negative electricity, thus playing an antistatic role.

If the environment of high temperature and high humidity is encountered, ink layer adhesion will be formed. The printing ink color will be transferred and even the film will not be opened and will be discarded directly.

The static electricity makes the films stick to each other, increasing the difficulty of printing and slitting processes. The labor intensity of workers increases instantaneously, and if not solved, they will always be in a state of fatigue, greatly consuming labor output.

When printing wide and large-area films, due to the large area, when the machine runs fast, the film quality may be affected, or fire and explosion may occur.

If static electricity is carried during storage and transportation, dust will be absorbed in large quantities, especially for ham and sausage food.
